ECA GENERATORS

Radical Waters currently have 2 Ranges of ECA Generator Products that fall under the umbrella of the N.O.W ECA Generator Range.

N.O.W or Neutral Oxidant Water can be used in a variety of markets formally dependent on chemical disinfection and cleaning.

The N.O.W range has two sub-categories:

N.O.W Impact – For larger volumes of ECA
N.O.W Compact – For smaller volumes of ECA

The Radical Waters N.O.W Impact & Compact range of devices are specific to core market segments and application areas within the Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Legionella & Water Treatment and the Animal Husbandry industry.

The N.O.W ECA product range can be supplied as dual stream generators or single stream generators as well as with Low salt options. These are supplied in various sizes Impact and Compact, dependent upon the application and customer requirement.

Dual and Single Stream Generator Characteristics

Dual

As the name implies, these generators produce both Anolyte and Catholyte and are ideally suited to the beverage market for CIP applications or hospitality markets (hotels, schools, government facilities, military bases, prisons, cruise ships, janitorial services, etc.). These generators are easy to install, operate and maintain and are the ideal solution when safety and cost are a concern.

Single

Our single steam devices are available in either Anolyte only or Catholyte only ECA Generators. These Generators are aimed at solving specific customer problems such as legionella control, water purification, animal husbandry, Biofilm control, food processing, waste water treatment or where broad spectrum microbial control is required.

N.O.W Impact: Dual Stream ECA Generators

The N.O.W. Impact range of ECA generators were developed in cooperation with Envirolyte Industries especially for the beverage market and are produced by our OEM partner in Tallinn Estonia. These devices are available in low salt configuration only.

The generators are a significant step forward in ECA production technology and are characterized by:

Although these ECA generators were designed with the beverage market in mind, they can be used in any situation where both Anolyte and Catholyte solutions are required for effective cleaning and sanitizing operations.

N.O.W Impact – Single Stream Anolyte Generators

Our single stream Anolyte only devices are available in both high salt or low salt technology. High salt devices can be used where corrosion is not a concern, these devices are our most competitive option. Low salt devices should be used when corrosion is a concern or when our customers does not want to have high residual chlorides in the final solutions.

The N.O.W Impact range of devices are floor standing generators and are suitable where high production rates of anolyte are required such as water treatment both potable or waste, legionella control in cooling towers and water-well rehabilitation.

These generators are characterized by the following:

N.O.W Compact: Single Stream Anolyte Generators

The N.O.W. Compact range of Anolyte only generators share the same solution characteristics as the N.O.W. Impact range of Generators but offers the advantage of a smaller foot print in that they are wall mounted. The N.O.W compact range are also available as either utilizing high salt or low salt technology

These devices are ideally suited to situations where moderate amounts of broad spectrum anti-microbial agents are required and space is a concern such as hospitals, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, breeding pens, slaughter houses and cruise ships.

These devices are specifically aimed at smaller facilities are characterized by the following:
