Aside from compliance with basic product quality, texture, flavour and aesthetic appeal, high throughout processing is substantially dependent upon the maintenance of optimal hygiene standards to ensure the microbial safety of the finished product. The natural solution

By achieving full safety and anti-microbial efficacyaccreditation for its Electro-Activated Water (ECA) solutions from the SABS in June 2006, Radical Waters is able to offer its distinctive food-grade solutions for application to sensitive high-end product lines. The unique properties created in the water molecule after activation result in an extremely potent, yet environmentally-friendly decontaminant that can either be used as part of the manufacturing process or directly as an ingredient in the final product.
